Guests can do a self-rescheduling after the payment has been
made by signing in our website and edit the booking 1 day before the
original visit date at the latest. If the payment has not been made yet,
guests can create a new booking and leave the original booking unpaid.
The original booking will then be cancelled automatically.
Please make a request for a tax invoice with our ticket officers
upon redeeming the tickets. The ticket officers may ask you to come
back and pick up the tax invoice later when you are about to leave the
